Yes – every phone is tested and works like new. Each device comes with a “Device Passport” with a detailed test report. Visual appearance may vary depending on the condition selected at the time of purchase – you can read more about this on our blog .

We guarantee at least 80% battery capacity for all our devices. This means the battery will last a full day of regular use. Before selling the devices, the batteries are tested to ensure they function properly.

Of course. All devices are factory reset, unlocked, SIM-free, and verified to be non-stolen or blacklisted.

Yes. We issue VAT invoices for business clients. Most of our devices are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme, and VAT is not shown separately. If you need help, please contact us – we’ll assist you in finding a device with standard VAT so that you can reclaim it.
