What does an "updated" device mean on the Blizy platform?

Blizy refurbished devices are previously used phones that have been professionally inspected, cleaned, factory reset, and repaired if necessary. All are tested and sold with Blizy's 12-month warranty.

What guarantee does Blizy provide?

All refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty that covers technical and operational defects. Pre-specified external damage or cosmetic defects are not covered.

My phone is not working properly. What should I do?

All our devices are thoroughly tested before shipping. If you encounter any problems, you can count on Blizy's warranty. Simply email hello@blizy.tech , provide your order number, and briefly describe the problem.

How does Blizy's return policy work?

You have the right to return the device free of charge, without any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery (applies to consumers). The device must be in its original condition. To start the return process – contact us by email at hello@blizy.tech

Yes – every phone is tested and works like new. Each device comes with a “Device Passport” with a detailed test report. Visual appearance may vary depending on the condition selected at the time of purchase – you can read more about this on our blog .

What is the battery status of the devices?

We guarantee at least 80% battery capacity for all our devices. This means the battery will last a full day of normal use. Before selling the devices, the batteries are tested to ensure they function properly.

Are refurbished phones safe to use?

Of course. All devices are factory reset, unlocked, SIM-free, and verified to be non-stolen or blacklisted.
