Refurbished devices at Blizy are pre-owned phones that have been professionally inspected, cleaned, reset, and repaired (if needed). They're performance-tested and backed by our warranty.

What kind of warranty does Blizy provide?

All refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty covering technical and performance defects. Pre-disclosed wear or cosmetic issues are not covered.

My phone is not working properly. What should I do?

Every device at Blizy is thoroughly checked before shipping. If issues come up, our warranty has you covered. Just email hello@blizy.tech with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

How does Blizy’s return policy work?

You have 14 days from delivery to return your device at no cost (for consumers). The device must be in original condition. Contact us to start your return.

Are all devices working properly?

Yes — every device is fully tested and functions like new. Each phone comes with a Device Passport, including a detailed test report. Visual condition varies based on the grade you choose — you can read more in our blog.

What battery condition can I expect?

We guarantee at least 80% battery capacity for all our devices. This means the battery will last a full day of normal use. Before selling the devices, the batteries are tested to ensure they function properly.

Are refurbished phones safe and secure to use?

Absolutely. Each device is factory reset, unlocked, SIM-free, and verified to be free of blacklisting or stolen status.

How do I make a warranty claim?
